The National Government Constituency Development Fund for Limuru invites applications from interested, competent and eligible Bidders for Pre-qualification for the under listed categories of goods, works and services for the Year 2023- 30th June, 2025
Interested and eligible bidders may download Prequalification documents Free of Charge from the following Website: limuru.ngcdf.go.ke/downloads. Then click on Tenders. Bidders MUST attach;
1. Copy of Business Registration or Certificate of Incorporation
2. Copy of CR12 for Limited Companies
3. Copy of KRA PIN Certificate
4. Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate
5. Copy of Valid Petroleum Business Licence from Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority for petroleum products suppliers.
6. Copy of Registration with National Construction Authority (NCA) for Building works Contractor
7. Copy of Valid Contractor Annual Practicing License from National Construction Authority (NCA) Building Works Contractor
IN ADDITION,
The Tenderer should properly fill and sign the following Forms;
1. Tenderer’s Eligibility- Confidential Business Questionnaire
2. Self-Declaration that the Person / Tenderer is not Debarred in the matter of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.
3. Self-Declaration that the Person / Tenderer will not engage in any corrupt or fraudulent practice
4. Declaration and commitment to the Code of Ethics
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
